Music and Education

The government program “No Child Left Behind” has left music behind in our schools.  The National Music Center is collaborating with groups like Little Kids Rock, Yamaha’s Music In Education (MIE) and others to provide local and national support and resources for our children.

Our goal is to develop and demonstrate programs that will ultimately be available to communities throughout the country.
